Thank you for asking for our feedback. Our recent stay at the Georgetown Inn was very pleasant. I was particularly pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the attentiveness of the housekeeping staff. All staff, including doormen, bellman, front desk, etc. were courteous and helpful. and the room was attractive and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which I used daily. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one!

Great location. Staff extremely helpful. Decent value for money. Extremely pleased to have an unusually spacious room with plenty of room to sit and relax as well as sleep.

The hotel staff and service were excellent, as always. Water pressure on the upper floors at times is a minor issue. Just keep doing what you do.

I had a pleasant experience at the Georgetown Inn. Although it is a nice hotel in a beautiful area of the city, I was most impressed by the kindness and patience of the staff, particularly a woman who worked at the front desk. While I regret I did not ask her for her name, I only recognize her by her physical description as a kind faced Latina woman. She was quite pleasant and went out of her way to resolve some very small issues for my girlfriend and I that really had nothing to do with her job. For that small kindness I am thankful to her. There is a quality service staff at the Georgetown Inn.

I was back in DC to attend my 50th Reunion from Georgetown Visitation Junior College (JC'65). I can recall the Four Georges, one of the very few places approved by the nuns where the girls could go to breakfast, lunch and dinner. Where else would you stay when coming back to relive the wonderful memories you had as a young girl. The quality of service was greatly appreciated and the peace and quiet added to the excellent service. Will certainly recommend to friends and I'll be back. On my final day a few of us had brunch in the Daily Grill which was awesome. Thank you for the courtesy shown by all the members of your staff. My room reservation was made and taken care of by Elizabeth Norris Frese, who shares the same feelings as I do about the Georgetown Inn.

The room I stayed in was way too loud. The view from the window was towards all the air conditioning units. The guest in the room next to mine were very loud for hours. I started calling the front desk at 11pm to complain. I was assured that they would call the guests in question. I am not sure that they did, because the noise not only did not stop but got even worst. They were kids screaming and running and adults talking loudly for hours. On my third call to the front desk I was told that the hotel could not do much. the front desk person was not either friendly or helpful. This time I requested that they actually send someone to knock on the people's door. I overheard the person they send talk to the problematic guests. It was a joke. He did not care and spent exactly 2 second there. BTW, when I asked to switch rooms, I was told the hotel was sold out. It is hard to believe. More issues: air conditioning in the room was acting out. The hairdryer was not working. The parking is overpriced and not convenient. I am glad I am not paying for my stay here as it is a business stay. I would not recommend this Inn to anyone.
