This modest Indian market selling traditional grocery items also offers an on-site restaurant.- Google
"I had the Kashmiri chicken tikka masala with a spicy level of 7."
"I highly recommend this place to any who desires real Indian food."

The food was marginal. The papadam had obviously not been made recently as it was soft and chewy in places. The chicken Korma was made with cubes of chicken breast that tasted like it had been frozen. The flavor was surprisingly bland even the one I ordered extra spicy. We have eaten a lot of chicken korma and it is usually made with the thigh or darker meat of the chicken which ahs more flavor and is less dry. The naan bread was good and the tandoori had reasonably good flavor. We have tried most of the Indian restaurants in the valley and have yet to find one that is really stellar. We were hoping the Dhaba would become our new favorite. Unfortunately we will have to keep searching for a great Indian restaurant.

Excellent food, sooo many choices, great service. For spicy food lovers, I tried the tava fry veggies, spicy aloo, chilly naan, all of it was excellent with some Kingfisher beer!. Topped off with mango kulfi, I think it was the best kulfi I have had in a looong time. A bit pricy, but the quality of food and service made up for that easily.

If you like to try new food from different places and want to try REAL India food this is the place. It's a wonderful restaunt , the workers there always have a smile and treat you like family. Also , the food there is to die for , one bite and you get a mouthful of amazing taste. No dish is a disappointment.

The food is perfect and the staff always kind. For some reason, every time we get takeaway, it's not nearly as satisfying as in the restaurant, so I recommend making a night of every visit and enjoying the cozy ambiance. Seating is limited, so expect to wait unless you reserve a table in advance.

Just went here for the first time today. I walked into the restaurant and it smelled great. I took a look at the menu and ordered what the lady recommended since I'm not too familiar with Indian food. I also ordered some garlic naan bread. The food was delicious and fresh. The masala sauce was excellent and had the exact heat that I requested. I would recommend eating here. I will definitely be going back. Thank you for the great food and service Dhaba!

Authentic Indian cuisine. Without a doubt, best in the Valley. I always get the vegetable korma (super spicy of course) with a side of garlic naan and brown rice. The staff is friendly and the owner is a phenomenal person.
