I'm rooting for Trevor, but I don't like the direction the show is going. With the exception of O'Malley and Rand Paul, which were sub-par interviews at best, interrupted by lame jokes, this show is lacking, severely, in political discussion, with political guests. I loved that about Stewart's show, and hoped the political guests and intelligent dialogue with them, would carry over. Trevor is woefully unskilled in this arena, and the shows talent bookers seem to think musical guests are more important. You can mess with different aspects of the show, but don't mess with my politics. I'm close to tapping out.
