Built in 1851, our beautiful Victorian guest house has been lovingly refurbished in our modern relaxed style, while still retaining many of its original features; wooden floorboards, high ceilings and fireplaces.
We have 11 comfortable guest bedrooms in a variety of room types to suit everyone, from cosy single rooms to spacious double and family rooms.
The B&B is in a great location, situated on the north of the Isle of Wight, just a five minute walk up the hill from the bustling centre of Cowes with its pretty high street with individual shops, great restaurants, lively pubs, ferry links to Southampton and of course the yacht haven, sailing clubs and marinas for which Cowes is so well known.
We are always complimented on our wonderful breakfasts, all freshly cooked to order using the tastiest local ingredients our Island has to offer! Take a look at our Breakfast pages to read about the Isle of Wight producers we use.
There is free 17Mb broadband Wi-Fi throughout the Bed and Breakfast, and we have a laptop for public use in our Reception room. All our bedrooms have DVD players and a selection of our DVD's are available for your use.
The Caledon is a great base for walkers and cyclists exploring the Island as we are right on the Coastal Path, with the Floating Bridge at the end of the road, and the Number 1 bus stop to Newport right outside.
