Our calling is to create beers with character and depth using the simplest and purest of means. We do not filter or pasteurize our beers. The majority of our bottled beers gain carbonation through 100% bottle conditioning, allowing carbonation to naturally occur through a secondary bottle fermentation. We strive to use unconventional ingredients, and we will proudly state what we put in our beers.

We are inspired by those in the brewing community who are pushing the limits of what 'beer' is. We wouldn't be here if it weren't for great brewers who came before us. We aspire to be an influential force in craft brewing.

beers great, business plan sux...wouldn't fill our growler because it wasn't the right "type/shape"??? Wtf?(only had 3 choices anyway) They didn't have any Bruery growlers either... I've been to 50 breweries up & down the west side, (cuz the west coast is the best coast), only legitimate excuse I ever heard for not filling a growler was, no ounce marking therefore against the law. The wife is boycotting this place.. lol, we went to Noble, treated us like royalty, had 8 to choose from for any growlers...

Great for the "Off the Beaten Path" experimental beers. For those who's perfect beer is a Coors/Bud or if you are like 'Gone Drinkin' and don't read up on the place your headed to you may be disappointed. The Bruery does collaborations and experiment with ingredients/flavor and they are forthright with the I formation online and so are the reviews below. Anyways... Good EXPERIMENTAL BEER, sours, farmhouses, reds and more. Come with an open mind and taste fresh ideas.

A fantastic place to go. Usually crowded as hell, but the tasting flights make it all worth it.

Great experience on my first visit out! It was a little crowded, but that was to be expected seeing as how it was the night before Thanksgiving. Awesome selection of tasty beers and very knowledgeable staff. The growler price was phenomenal and it's pretty damn nice looking. I would always come visit here when I am in town. Keep up the good brewing guys and gals!!
