I love my babies Dr very polite, asks plenty of questions and attentive to my childs needs. Always returns calls quickly if i have question and i do recommend this clinic. As I've been to many others that id prefer not to return.

The worst hospital I've EVER been to All the equipment is old it looks like its from the 80s the nurses were very rude. The food is completely disgusting they have no care in what you eat sugary drinks Nasty greasy burgers. My baby came back from the nursery ever time with a soiled pamper they never changed her throughout the night. they don't give you wipes for your baby just a cloth which the other 2 hospitals I've had my other children at accommodate you with these items. I would have preferred to have my baby on my kitchen floor than this hospital. It was just completely DISGUSTING!!

I had a very pleasant experience there. I was in labor and never made it to my hospital. Stopped at a firehouse on Tillary St for help and they escorted us to TBHC. The ER was overcrowded but they came to my aid immediately. The baby was on her way... their team jumped into action and brought me to delivery room right away. The maternity staff was great, pediatrics great. Everyone I came into contact with was very nice including security, food service, housekeeping, orderlies, birth and medical records. After coming home I was getting a bill that included a late fee. Even the billing dept was very helpful with me. They waived the late fee (I never got the original bill) and continued to return my calls and follow-up with me. Even the medical records dept returned my call when I left a message. If I had to do it all over again I would do it the same. The only problem I had was somehow being transferred through phone menu to the Admin Asst to the CFO. What a WITCH (with a B). The menu system is confusing and when she answered she wouldn't even let me ask a question. I think I disrupted her lunch. Anyway I read in other reviews that management sucks and maybe that's why she thinks she can talk the way she does. Outside of that incident everyone was excellent at this hospital and I'm glad my daughter and I were able to be in such good care.

The parking is non existent..i got a 65 dollar tix .....The security man was inside was nice...once inside of the baby unit...the waiting room had 3 chairs...the nursing staff was mean....there was a cold feeling...it was not conducive to a loving friendly baby unit..the nurses uniforms looked cheap..dingy ...it was no love!

This is the absolute worst hospital I've ever been to. I called the emergency room once, and as soon as I said "Hello" some woman named Jackie put me on hold. I called again and got a different lady, to whom I described my chest pain/rapid heart rate. I asked if the wait was long, she said she couldn't tell me and promptly hung up. When I got there, I didn't wait long in the waiting room; but past the triage they made me stand next to some guy swearing and throwing stuff all over the floor. Mind you the floor was already littered with bloody bandaids and other waste. My chest pain was getting worse. I asked for water and they made me walk over to another room to get it. I lay down for 2 hours before I realized it'd be quicker to just call my own doctor in the morning. I left really dehydrated. They're still charging me for the triage service, which did literally nothing for me, and they were totally rude about it. Hello, I could have been having a heart attack? Never going here again.

Total incompetence. If you value your health, go elsewhere. I wasted 4 days of my life in this hole. The surgical team was moronic, yet elitist. Very dangerous combination.

Had a wisdom tooth extraction at their Dental Care Center. The doctors are great, but the administrative staff isn't exactly on point. Don't bother calling and leaving a message; it won't be returned. If you need something you'll just have to walk in and wait-- even if the doctor tells you to call to book a follow-up, don't. You can't. Just walk in.

10 floor Hematology I bashed this place before and I truly regret it these people are one of the greatest doctors I've ever seen the Dr.Sadanandan has treated me for years and she made me alive today Dr.Sedrak is the same thing as Dr.Sadanandan but the thing that really baffled me is the nurses Linda and Rebecca Rebecca is one of the nicest nurses I have ever seen fast paced and when your in pain she rushes to get you your medicine and if you need anything you aren't afraid to ask her Linda has a great heart and since I was a baby she helped me and she helpes you alot no matter what you need these nurses gets it for you I once asked Linda for a special request for food and on the same day I got what I wanted Linda Rebecca and all the people working there have happy personalities and this is why this floor should be appreciated
