“Willpower” – it’s something that everyone wishes they had more of at times. In fact, it’s probably safe to say that everyone has wished at some point in their lives that they had more willpower to manage eating behavior. Sometimes we may have wondered if we were overlooked with this genetic  handout. Sean Connolly, PhD, will share with us that the recent science of willpower tells us, it is not “if” we have willpower, but how we use it, and how we can exercise the mental muscle it is.
