Response from the owner - in the last week
Hi Todd, thank you for your comments. Let me address some of your concerns:
1. We clearly explained our business practices early on in our communications, but you ignored them and then tried to get us to change them.
2. We were prompt, courteous, and professional, and then quick to refund every penny of your money once we realized that we were not going to satisfy your requests.
3. At no net cost to you, you received professional diagnoses on two appliances and the information you needed to pursue a repair.
4. The needed part was on backorder this whole time, so zero time was in fact "wasted."
Given that we were the ones who really lost out on this deal, we wondered why a guy from MA who owns a boutique hotel, The Merchant, in Salem, MA, and a rental property on Lake Sunapee in Newbury, NH, would want to post a misleading, vindictive review about our small business.
