Hi Mr. Whitaker:
I'm so sorry we didn't meet your expectations. Wine Country Cottages on Main is our newest property and you were there within a few weeks of it opening. It's a beautiful property and as items like the artwork, coffee tables and outdoor fountains have been installed, it's really gorgeous.
I'm unclear on what happened with the confirmations, it's possible they were caught by a spam filter as each of the three times you changed reservations, the system automatically sent out a confirmation. Our front desk should always be willing to get out another confirmation, but in cases where we believe they are not getting through due to spam filters, we will text the information to make sure a guests has everything they need. In this case, it sounds as if it was not handled well and I apologize for that. The particular front desk person and housekeeper that you had issues with are no longer with us. We do provide daily housekeeping upon request at all of our properties as noted on our website and all of our collateral, and we provide it automatically on all stays of more than 2 days.
Again, I sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectation and I hope you will give us another opportunity in the future.
