My husband and I had a great stay at The All Seasons Collection. We stayed in one of the Wine Cottages just off of Main Street. The premises were very nice and the cottages were very clean and well done. The only downside was the front patio. Each cottage had a hot-tub on the front patio, however, there was no way to have any privacy while using it - and the cottages are VERY close together. Would've loved a curtain or something to create a little more privacy on the front patio. Otherwise, it was the perfect stay!

My experience was first rate. Terah's Garden was lovely and comfortable; the strudel and beverages were fresh and delicious; the sheets were amazing. Makenzie was extremely helpful when I needed a favor and Perry was so nice to come to the house and take care of a minor problem.

We stayed in the Downtown Retreat for a long weekend. Great room, pool area, and within walking distance of main street. Staff is wonderful. We appreciate the hospitality!

Overview: The property is 2-3 stars at best. It touts its own "luxuriosness", but that hasn't been met with matching investment in the service or facilities you'd expect. The property's price point is more comparable with the JW Marriott, yet delivers real customer value more like a roadside Best Western. This property leaves a lot to be desired. Negative Experiences: 1) Booking agent/concierge named "Cindy" very helpful at first, but attention to detail proved challenging. For example, you send both email and voicemail asking for a return call on your mobile number; you get a call at your office number where you clearly are not. You ask for an email confirmation of your own reservation; you get an email confirmation for another mock-reservation clearly not yours. You ask for another email confirmation; you end up apparently having to make a business case over the phone for why still require one. You are then in-route to the property and call to ask for an email confirmation [again] and an address; instead you get a text message of the address and the statement "it's too late for an email confirmation now." 2) You don't get housekeeping services at this "luxury" property. It should be clear in communications with guests, and potential guests, that there will not be housekeeping services. Regardless of length of stay, every property I've been to has this - from Motel 6 to cottage rentals in the farm towns of Thailand to Aman Resorts. I could've paid 20% of this and still received daily housekeeping service. On Day 2 we spoke to an arrogant housekeeper at 6pm who claimed they'd only skipped our unit because they weren't aware it was occupied. She says it'll be done in 15 minutes, so we leave and come back in 45 minutes. We realize nothing has been done and as we are entering the room to prepare for the evening, another housekeeping asks us if we would like our room cleaned. Too little, too late. Prepare to be re-using wet towels, wrinkled bedding, and having no disposal of an overfilled trash can in the room. 3) The units could certainly use some furniture. They provide an upon-arrival breakfast stocked in the wet bar area, but there is not place to safely set 2 plates and 2 glasses. There were no trays, no coffee table, nothing.

Hi Mr. Whitaker: I'm so sorry we didn't meet your expectations. Wine Country Cottages on Main is our newest property and you were there within a few weeks of it opening. It's a beautiful property and as items like the artwork, coffee tables and outdoor fountains have been installed, it's really gorgeous. I'm unclear on what happened with the confirmations, it's possible they were caught by a spam filter as each of the three times you changed reservations, the system automatically sent out a confirmation. Our front desk should always be willing to get out another confirmation, but in cases where we believe they are not getting through due to spam filters, we will text the information to make sure a guests has everything they need. In this case, it sounds as if it was not handled well and I apologize for that. The particular front desk person and housekeeper that you had issues with are no longer with us. We do provide daily housekeeping upon request at all of our properties as noted on our website and all of our collateral, and we provide it automatically on all stays of more than 2 days. Again, I sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectation and I hope you will give us another opportunity in the future. Joe

We stayed at the Travis Street Cottage and had a wonderful experience! The All Seasons Collection shop is lovely. The property was well stocked, clean, romantic and had plenty of space! We loved the packet upon arrival with all of Joe's favorites in town! The staff was organized and helpful - great customer service! We will definitely be going back to Fredericksburg and won't stay anywhere but at an All Seasons Collection property!

We experienced Wine Country Cottages on Main: Loeffler - Weber house & Town Creek Log Cabin, both were fabulous and we would happily reserve either of them again. Joe & Pam each provided exceptional customer service and hospitality, they truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. I've used other B&B services in Fredericksburg in the past and while I never had a complaint about them, I must say All Seasons Is 1st class!!! Highly recommend!

The lady who made the reservations was very helpful. We stayed at the Wine Country Cottages in the Petite Chateau studio. Very classy, elegant and romantic. Room was stock with drinks and breakfast items. Rooms have fireplaces, huge comfy beds and personal hot tubs. Definitely will be back again..

My husband surprised me for my birthday with a weekend in Fredericksburg and I have to say I felt like royalty staying at the Wine Country Cottages. To top it off they offer a wine tour package that is above and beyond any expectations you could possibly ever have. Joe was amazing and his expertise guided us to the best wineries Fredericksburg has to offer. If you want personalized service that will exceed your every expectation, stay here. We won't be staying anywhere else ever again while in Fredericksburg.
