Disgusting. Even by budget standards. After seeing room 25, I got up and left for the Ramada down the road. Do yourself a favor, pay the extra $25 for a decent hotel/motel experience. This place was filthy. It looked like no one had cared for it in 20 years. Stained ceiling from water leaks, peeling wallpaper and paint, stained furniture and carpet, noisy AC/heating unit, and an unpleasant smell lingered. BUT, the icing on the cake was the bathroom which was all of the above, with the addition of BUGS! Bugs everywhere. In the filthy shower, in the sink and all over the floor. Then I noticed bead bedbugs and droppings on the mattress. Final straw. Done. Goodbye. I left 5 minutes after checking in and dripped the key off. Had to take a $50 loss on my poor decision, but a lesson well learned. STAY AWAY!

I went in Early September of 2013 and the crowds have left. Our room was right on the water and the sunrise/sunsets were breathtaking. Rooms were modest but fine. Continental breakfast was awesome with a view of the bay! I would definitely go back!
