One of the reasons why your laptop gets hot and might turn off:

Built up dust particles can clog the metal fan fins on the side of your laptop or stop your fan from spinning.

Here’s a perfect example of what I’m talking about.

Some people think that it’s time for a new laptop when it get’s hot and starts turning off.

There are other reason’s why this happens, that are more critical and involve your motherboard components, but the most common reason is this one.

Google Chrome Version 55 has been released.

Apparently it drastically reduce's RAM usage by as much as 50 percent thanks to an updated JavaScript V8 engine that reduces the memory zone and heap size.
Another big change is that it is slowly pushing Flash out the back door in favor of HTML5. So it's a faster browser and better security.
