TFAS alumnus Bill Wirtz (EJI 17) explains the harms that occur when governing bodies offer outright "free" goods and services in a recent article for the Luxembourg Times. Congratulations to #TFAS alumnus and Code for Nepal founder Ravi Kumar (IPVS 09, PPF 13) on being honored as a member of Asia Society's Asia 21 Young Leaders Initiative! In addition to his work at Code for Nepal, Kumar also co-founded Grassroot Movement in Nepal (GMIN), a non-profit that has rebuilt 30 schools. Kumar is the digital strategy lead at The World Bank and has been named in Forbes 30 Under 30's list of social entrepreneurs in Asia. http://bit.ly/2Qc4B1e
