Join us on Feb. 16 from 7 p.m to 9:30 p.m. for "Basic Training for Expectant Fathers." This class will help to prepare you for some of the experiences associated with your new baby. We will cover such topics as: home preparation, Dad’s role in daily activities, items to bring with you to the hospital and caring for your wife post-partum. Dress is casual. Happy National Women Physician Day! We celebrate #NWPD every day along with 1,617 female physicians accredited to practice medicine in our facilities. One of the physicians on the staff at Texas Health Arlington Memorial, was elected Chief of Staff there in 2011. Today is National Wear Red Day, a massive public campaign to bring attention to the leading killers of women – heart disease and stroke. Here at Texas Health Resources we take this seriously! Today, many of our employees wore red and gathered for a #hearthealthy walk to support the Go Red for Women - American Heart Association campaign. During the month of February, you will see a lot of information on your news feed about heart disease and how to prevent it.
