True that titles are so important from an SEO perspective. If you can put good relevant keywords there, it can help a lot.

Sometimes a killer play on words might suggest itself. But it's usually not worth using that because Google might see it as meaning something else.

The variety of social media options out there makes it quicker and easier to promote and market real estate through increased reach and exposure provided that you do it correctly. Here is a list of the top social media tips that when implemented can instantly improve your social media results.
 
1.)    Deliver Desirable Content: Probably the most important and yet very basic thing you can do to improve your social media results is to deliver people desirable content. Delivering desirable content is the best way to boost engagement and amplify your message through social media.

2.)    Provide Valuable Information: Another key aspect to improving your social media results is through building a loyal following by providing people with valuable information. You should try and provide useful and valuable information with no strings attached to keep people coming back again and again to see what you have to offer. 

3.)    Utilize Appealing And Interesting Images And Videos: Social media users are extremely visual. In order to captivate them you need to incorporate images and videos that are appealing and eye catching. Try offering interesting infographics, beautiful area photos, and even charts depicting local market trends.

4.)    Pose Thought Provoking And Engaging Questions: It is also important that you try to engage people by posing thought provoking questions. The goal is to get your audience to think and be compelled to engage with you. Try to ask questions that encourage and inspire conversation.

It is very important that you stay on top of what is being said about you and your business and be proactive about maintaining a positive image online to match the one offline that you have worked so hard to build.
