Yes, yes I know, you aren't supposed to serve truffles with acidic food. Don't care, tried it, works great, I was using the truffle salt I made for a finishing salt (not in the photo as I forgot and was hungry, not coming back to rephotograph).

That super simple, easy, all in one pan roasting method. Chop up what you like, preheat your oven to 425 - 450F, toss with olive oil/salt/pepper/spices. Roast for 40 or so minutes. Ta da, fini! Seriously, try it!

Was good, freed me up to accomplish other things.

Also the little light I purchased at ikea definitely helps with the lighting for my food photography. Just need to find a more convenient place to put the light in the kitchen.
