Friends, I can use your help!  +The Reading Tub is hosting a unique raffle to get books to the place where they can reach the most readers: a library! Shockingly, no one is entering.

Our event is a win for everyone - including the person who buys a raffle ticket, because 100% of the money goes to family literacy AND they get the tax deduction.

Please consider entering and sharing this post with your circles, too. +Brenda Avadian had a great idea for inviting your Friends of the Library group to participate.

If we get 20 ticket sales, we will draw TWO winners - that's 104 books - one a week for two years!

Couldn't have said it better myself.
I’ve said often over the last 10 years that I hate autism, but rarely have I said that autism has been a good teacher. I have learned much from it. I am a better parent and a better person because of autism.

Pull out your old review and add it to our linkup ... great way to get new interest for your reviews (and your blog!).

The Reading Tub is celebrating Mother's Day and Literacy with a raffle. We're donating 52 brand new, hardcover books to a school or public library.

It can be in Mom's name, it can be the library of Mom's choice ... and since the books are going to the library, there will be LOTS and LOTS of winners. [Including you, since the ticket is 100% tax deductible and you are supporting family literacy programs.]

Read and bookmark this article by +CoSchedule. Nice contrast with traditional media - and how there are overlaps in technique and goals between the "old" marketing paradigm and the one we are in now.

"The refusal to do anything that isn’t free, in an era where more and more services are finally looking for revenue from the service they provide, is going to leave you in the lurch in the long run. You must take your business and brand seriously enough to put some dollars behind it."
