My wife and I used to like eating at both this Cody's and the one in Ocala. But we just had the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Around 10 minutes after we sat down, the waitress finally came for drinks. She was short with my wife. And then she was in such a rush to grab our menus away that she left her pen open and facing in my direction...making a written mark across the front of my shirt. When we finally received our food, they delivered a burnt steak to me that was supposed to be cooked "medium." I sent it back. After waiting for quite a while again, I eventually asked to speak to the manager. Sue came out and was very rude. She didn't care at all about our treatment by the waitress or the mark done on my shirt. Eventually I got my food and the medium steak was cooked correctly but still dry. And of course we were charged full price even after this ordeal.
