Against ALL odds, I opened The Resort & Luxury Real Estate Co. Originally in 2002, I was one of the very first to implement the "virtual office" and "reduced fee", "ala carte" real estate marketing (listings). With my marketing & advertising background, I could not see real estate as a two dimensional product. I was compelled to look at it from a 360 degree, top down, bottom up, product, that was just begging for someone to look at a home more like how Jaguar markets a "car". If you have seen Jaguars marketing, you wouldn't say it is just a "car", it is so much more. Something begging to be experienced. That is my outlook on real estate, Not a something to be "sold", but rather, something to be "experienced".
