Some remodeling jobs or upgrades make your home harder to sell
Bungalo There are renovations that are beautiful but they can also be what I like to call home wreckers. For example take a small historic home, rip out a few walls and put in a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and of course those ubiquitous stainless steel appliances. The kitchen looks

House - not new construction. They don't build them like this any more. There isn't much new construction in St. Paul. There are a dozen or so new homes on the market right now. Over all in the metro area there are fewer than 600 new construction homes listed for sale. Most are in the burbs. The

There are some things you need to know about St. Paul if you are moving here. We have our little idiosyncrasies and our big city and small town ways. It doesn't say anything about alleys, trash removal or water in the glossy brochures that organizations like Explore Minnesota and Visit Saint Paul

Your St. Paul home will sell for an average of 13% less than the original asking price and about 3% less than the amount it is listed for after the price is reduced.

Searching for homes on the internet is just a small part of the home buying process.
There was a time a long time ago when only real estate agents could get a list of homes for sale. It used to be a big part of the job of an agent to help potential home buyers find a home for sale and get the details about the home. These days there are multiple websites with information about homes

Buyers tell stories about making 6 to 10 offers before getting an offer accepted on a home. That should not be happening.
Spring It is spring and the competition among buyers is heating up. Buyers find that perfect home only to learn that three other buyers have offers on it. Serious buyers will need to put their best foot forward and make their first offer their best offer in a multiple offer situation because they

Introduction
I live in St. Paul, Minnesota and I sell real estate, I write on a few blogs and I take pictures, lots of pictures. I guess I try to show people what St. Paul looks like through my eyes. I have a sense of humor, and sometimes it just kind of sneaks out onto the internet and gets me in trouble.
