Tap water is drinkable and much less expensive than bottled water. Bottled water generates an amazing amount of pollution and it may not be the best use of our non-renewable resources. In honor of earth day I ask everyone to reconsider their drinking habits.
; In honor of earth day I want to tell you about my blue bottle. It has been to New York and to Nebraska and a whole bunch of other places.  Did you know you can bring an empty bottle to the airport and then fill it once you get through security?  I am sure the airports would rather sell

My tap water tastes disgusting, very metallic...so we have a Brita filter that we run it through to make it palatable. I do miss my parents' well water - there was nothing sweeter tasting on earth, except maybe for wine.

Schmidt Brewery Artists Lofts Even with my wide angle lens I could not get it all in. The renovation of the Schmidt Brewery is in it's final stages and many of the apartments are occupied. There are income limits and rents starting at $844 a month for a one bedroom.  There are 247 live/work rental

Bice to see the historic homes in the Dayton's bluff neighborhood get a chance to be useful again. They really don't build them like they used to.
The Neighborhood Stabilization Program is a live and well. There are a few homes available in St. Paul and some more on the way.  Homes are rehabilitated through this program and then resold. They don't just slap a coat of paint on them either. They are brought up to code and energy efficient

Numbers are a great way to start the week and these numbers represent home sales in the city of St. Paul, MN by neighborhood for the Month of March 2014.  Even though temperatures were below average home sales and prices were about what I would have expected for the month. Generally as we head into

Story
Introduction
what is to tell? I live in St. Paul, Minnesota and I sell real estate, I write on a few blogs and I take pictures, lots of pictures. I guess I try to show people what St. Paul looks like through my eyes. I have a sense of humor, and some times it just kind of sneaks out onto the internet and gets me in trouble. Writing Bios is not one of my strengths yet I write them.
