Compare Commercial Carpet Cleaning ( www.tempecarpecleaningpros.com ) Price Quotes
It doesn’t take long for those once-new carpets to show signs of wear and tear. Employees, customers and guests track in dirt and debris. Coffee is spilled here and someone’s lunch is ground in there. Every so often, a professional carpet cleaning is in order.

About Commercial Carpet Cleaning
Professional carpet cleaning not only makes your office look better; it extends the life of the carpet and helps sanitize the office. A cleaning gets rid of harmful dust and bacteria that can lead to an unhealthy work environment. Experts recommend a professional cleaning every six to 18 months, depending on foot traffic and the condition of the carpet.

Commercial carpet cleaners use specialized equipment and chemicals designed for the high-traffic office environment. Some companies use a dry foam method; others use steam extraction. The vast majority of carpet manufacturers recommend steam extraction, but both methods have their merits. No matter which method you choose, be sure to select a company that holds an Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).

Cost of Commercial Carpet Cleaning
Most commercial carpet cleaning services charge $.10-$.25 per square foot. If a bid comes in lower than that, the work may not be high quality. More than that and you’re probably paying too much.

Generally, the larger the building, the lower the price per square foot.

Carpet cleaning for a 1,500-square-foot office might cost $300-$375, or $.20-$.25 per square foot.
Professional cleaning for a 50,000-square-foot office might cost $5,000-$7,500, or $.10-$.15 per square foot.
Spot cleaning and removal of difficult stains costs extra. Budget $20-$40 per hour for stain removal, or, in some cases, $25-$50 per stain.

Ecosia - Plant trees while you search the web #AlternativeSearch

Ecosia is the search engine that plants trees with its ad revenue. Get the free browser extension and use #Ecosia every time you search. They also publish their monthly financial reports and tree planting receipts in the spirit of transparency and accountability.

Pity it uses a search engine called Bing but I imagine that is for integration capability and the best deal on revenue to go towards the #trees.
