Now Hiring: Inbound Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Inbound Sales Manager performs a variety of duties to ensure that inbound sales calls are handled efficiently with a solution selling approach. This manager will be responsible for managing a team of up to 35 call center sales professionals who will facilitate the closure of revenue opportunities followed by a referral to the appropriate support channel to resolve technical or installation issues (no trouble-shooting). Additional duties will include monitoring phone calls, scheduling, and working with QA to ensure courtesy and professionalism. This manager will work in conjunction with the marketing team to establish and manage sales goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage, support and train call center personnel to achieve sales goals.
• Managing, supervising, and coordinating the activities of call center professionals in providing telephone sales and referrals for technical support.
• Planning and supervising process changes and managing the daily operations of call center.
• Monitoring random inbound calls to improve the quality, minimizing errors and tracking agent performance.
• Setting up and meeting performance goals and targets for speed, sales, efficiency, and quality.
• Maintaining current knowledge of industry developments, productions, and involvement in network communication.
• Recording statistics, performance levels and call metrics and preparing reports.
•Planning and developing employee recruitment, including coordinating with recruiting to post call center sales agent vacancy ads and conducting interviews/test to ensure new candidates meet objectives.
• Motivating, coaching, and retaining staff as well as coordinating reward, bonus, and incentive schemes.
• Handling escalations for complicated customer inquiries or complaints.
• Forecasting and analyzing information against budget statistics on a weekly or monthly basis.
• Reviewing the staff’s performance, determining training needs and scheduling training sessions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Management experience in related field
• 1+ years’ experience in call center management

Knowledge and Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Solid customer focus and should be able to operate well in teams.
• Excellent telephone skills.
• Ability to develop and motivate staff.
• Great confidence and an excellent business sense.
• Should be able to set, satisfy, and exceed targets.

Location: San Marcos, TX

Required Experience:

• Call Center Management: 1 years
• Sales Management: 1 years (preferred, not required)


Required Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associates (preferred, not required)
• Bachelor's (preferred, not required)

teleNetwork is seeking applications from candidates interested in joining our sales organization to fill one or more Business Development Representative positions. These individuals will be responsible for sending emails and cold calling into potential client accounts. 

This position reports to the VP of Sales. The Business Development Representative will call prospective clients, ask questions to determine if they have interest, and schedule follow up meetings with an Account Executive for prospects who show interest.

Core Responsibilities

-Target, qualify and pursue leads in accordance with company strategy and techniques
-Email and cold call C-Level executives to request referrals 
-Respond to emails and schedule introductory calls with prospects
-Plan and conduct sales calls and online appointments
-Implement effective business plans and strategies for assigned territory growth 
-Create opportunities for Account Executives through a high volume of contact calls to targeted prospects
-Engage and involve Account Executives and subject matter experts for additional discovery and qualification
-Build teleNetwork’s reputation by representing the company professionally

Requirements

-Experience in call center environment preferably with inbound help desk services
- Consultative sales training preferred 
- CRM database experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred not required 
- Ability to track and manage client engagement activity, using CRM and other methods
- Must be receptive to training and personal development
- Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively

Compensation

Initial 90 day probationary period will be paid $14.00 per hour.  Those who show aptitude and meet or exceed the minimum performance goals may be transitioned to salary + bonus and commission.
