I am sorry to hear of Ms. Asarias' feelings towards our law firm. It appears that she received excellent service from the attorney assigned to her case. I am at a disadvantage in this matter as I do not remember ever having met Ms. Asarias. It has been over 4 1/2 years since this matter was resolved, apparently to the client's satisfaction. As it is not my usual practice to handle family law matters, I am not sure why I would have made an appearance for her as she has stated. In any case, I am truly sorry that Ms. Asarias feels that I was cold and uninterested in her case. Each and every client of this firm is important to me and I have always tried to conduct my practice accordingly. I have been doing this for over 42 years, and it is the clients that keep me coming to work each and every morning. I invite Ms Asarias to contact me so that we can discuss her feelings about our law firm.
