Have ever wondered how many #LinkedIn  Connections someone has? With the help of +Petra Fisher I created this blog post and the associated video to show you how to find out.
Knowing how many LinkedIn Connections someone has can help you make a decision to connect or not. We explore ways to find out exactly, how many LinkedIn Connections do they have.

Hello folks. I would love your opinion on this question: Do you recommend, or not, adding some text to the effect of "Looking for a job", "In Transition", "Available", etc on LinkedIn Profiles of folks in transition. Thanks for sharing your opinion.

Hello recruiter folks. We would love your input on this 2 question Poll. Should job seekers use their headline or experience title to say they are "Unemployed", "In Transition" or another phase of this manner? (Google Poll in the article)

Just watch, hashtags will, once again, be used in search and curating someday on LinkedIn. It wasn't that long ago that they were live links. They will continue to try things...then take them away...then tweak them....etc. :-)

It looks like connection search on the profiles is back?

@Mark- you can search the connections in common for the 2nd degree. This has been available for a while, on the profiles and within the search results. The latter also gives an opportunity to narrow it down by other filters.

Introduction
As a world renowned LinkedIn Trainer | Social Media Coach | Public Speaker | Communications Professional, I am blessed to have made fabulous and rewarding relationships around the world.

The most rewarding work that I get to do is teaching the world how to "Network for Mutual Benefit" & “Use Social Media to Develop Lasting Professional Relationships”.

I provide Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, WordPress Google+, etc) training for businesses (including Non-Profits) who want their employees to be better and different and get value out of their social media activity.

I love sharing "Network for Mutual Benefit" and "Building Relationships thru Social Media" thru seminars, public speeches and group discussions. It's exciting to be able to share this message with Business Developers, MBA students, the community college systems, non-profit groups and thru local Business Networking groups.

Once I learned what LinkedIn and all Social Media could do for my life, I decided that I wanted to share this around the world. It's rewarding to be able to provide Social Media Training to individuals, Business Development Teams and non-profits.

My business is a little different than most. I give away 50% of my time every day. I started volunteering in Job Search Groups in 2010 and spend lots of time helping our unemployed friends and family on their career transition journey.
