Good points, though any self-respecting product marketer needs to know their core audience and differentiators #startups

Help #StopTheSlowlane and protect the open internet. Install this  javascript widget to slow down the web in protest of the FCC's Internet "Slow Lane!"  http://www.stoptheslowlane.com/ #stoptheslowlane
The FCC could soon let Internet providers charge websites to access a bogus 'Fast Lane' and slow down every site that doesn't pay. Do you want a slower Internet? Neither do we. Show the world what the FCC's 'Slow Lane' looks like, as part of an online wave of action that doesn't stop until net neutrality wins.

My latest post, I look forward to reading your experience...  #startups

LinkedIn's APIs are stuck in the 1980s IMHO
Summary: Zoho and others have ended integration with LinkedIn after the business social media company decided on two developer partners in the CRM industry: Microsoft and Salesforce.

Don't focus on Twitter followers and Facebook likes.  Sigh, it's 2014 and we are still talking about this #socialmedia
It's easy to get seduced by accruing more Twitter followers and Facebook likes. But they're not a true measure of success.

Not just for sports or consumer brands...

Keep it simple, tap into human emotion  and be a great storyteller #marketing
The World Cup only happens every four years, but Nike's latest Risk Everything campaign challenges advertisers to create bravely every day.

A Marketing Qualified Lead is something so unique to your industry, company, marketing tactics, etc. that nobody else can define for you.

One of the hard things about being a VC today: You must give entrepreneurs more than just capital. In my experience as a founder and sometime investor, here..

Are you making these mistakes? #startups
As a founding partner at Y Combinator, Jessica Livingston helped shape some of Silicon Valley’s greatest hits – Dropbox, Airbnb, Reddit and Stripe to name just a few. To date, Y Combinator’s invested in 630 startups. These embryonic businesses move to Silicon Valley for a three month boot camp to [...]
