ROOM 101: THINGS THAT GO BEEP IN THE NIGHT...
...just frequently enough to annoy. Just infrequently enough to annoy when trying to locate. Just on a night when you're not really tired enough to switch off, ignore it and go to sleep.
I just spent two hours on this trail. Having turned batteries out of every device in the premises, every detector, remote, device I could find.
Eventually tracked down to an Anker Bluetooth Speaker deciding to do a double-beep every 5 minutes exactly, when low on battery, presumably until it dies. Grrrrr...
Now gone 2am and wide awake!

- +Rob V I'm with you on that!47w
- I had this problem recently with a cordless phone. If it isn't hung up correctly, it will beep like that until hung up.47w
