Hardly rocket science. It's expensive both up (telcos/ISP) and downstream (to would be users/adopters). Compounded w/ the ongoing governmental + public haggling vs. profit motives. Now you know why the lack of aggressiveness at LTE enabled devices' time to market.
What happens when 5G comes out? Or have we forgot about this
