It truly concerns me to be reading this review. After reading it, I decided to go back and pull your deal for the 2006 Civic that you purchased to review what transpired and make sure that you didn't get ripped off. We here at Town & Country Honda truly believe that honesty, integrity and customer service are the most important values that we have built our foundation on. I will have one of my managers reach out to you and go back over your deal and show you why it was a great deal, and that you didn't pay more than fair market value. If you still don't feel comfortable after going over the figures, we can buy the vehicle back from you if you truly feel that you were taken advantage of. As the general manager of this dealership I make sure that when we make a deal with a customer, it is fair deal on a safe reliable vehicle.
We do a thorough inspection on every pre-owned vehicle we sell to make sure it meets our demanding standards of quality, safety and reliability. As far as the oil goes, our records indicate that an oil change was done just 2 weeks prior to you purchasing the vehicle. If you say it was at 20% we will gladly give you an oil change for the mix up. On the license plates only having 4 month left, DMV would not let us renew them for you unless they were due to expire within 90 days. You may recall us sending you a check for $148 to cover the cost of renewing your plates as we were not allowed to do it for you.
Most importantly Sara, we never want a customer to feel like they were taken advantage of because we are not in the business of taking advantage of people. If you still don't feel comfortable after reviewing the deal with us, then we can work out a buy back from you so that you can purchase a different vehicle from wherever you feel comfortable doing so. I will have someone get in touch with you by the end of the day.
