This dealership works hard to earn and keep your business! This is my second car purchased from T&C. They make the car buying experience easy and stress-free. Extremely dedicated staff that treats you with respect and dignity. Andrew has the best customer service hands down, Mo is a gentlemen and a scholar :) Special shout out to Sam, well you know, because he's the man! I cannot fail to mention Lori Moog and her wonderful customer oriented focus and excellent follow through. Also, Renee was super friendly and professional and answered all my questions and emails! Great staff, outstanding service and a very nice facility. Why would I go anywhere else.

This is one of the easiest car buying experiences I've ever had. Doug was straightforward and easy to work with, and very patient with us throughout the whole process. But what really stood out to me was the finance department. I've been involved with 3 purchases prior to this one, and each and every time I've had a finance person who could not take no for an answer. Not this time! Margaret was thorough but not pushy. I was pleasantly surprised!

I found the employees at the service center to be awkward and hustlers. Because my car is "nearing the 90k mile mark" I now apparently need 1500$+ of maintenance on my car. I had it checked out at another place and none of the maintenance I was told I needed is in fact needed. Thanks but no thanks.

Just bought my 3rd Honda, and we have never had such a great car buying experience. Doug R. was our sales guy and he made all the difference. We live out in Bethany, and could have easily bought at Hillsboro or Beaverton Honda (We did test drive there and ran away from their old school sales guys.) We got a great price (I know because we shopped around) and he even got me the color I wanted. I had made an off hand comment, that I wasn't really looking forward to spending my 8th anniversary buying a car, but we had a sitter scheduled already and it would make our life a little easier to buy the car with out them in tow. When we went to his office he decorated it with balloons and wished us a happy anniversary. Love my new Pilot, and hope Doug is there when I need another car- but Hondas do last a LONG time ;)

The more I read up on "fair" deals, the more I cannot believe how I got taken advantage of. This company, their "ethics" make me sick. For my FIRST car buying experience(mind you I have purchased used cars before from private sellers but they would only last me a year or two), I went with my mother shopping around to different lots, trying to find something I loved that I would be able to have for years to come. We checked out dealership after dealership and then stumbled onto T&C Honda. God, how I wish we just drove past. After looking at a few cars elsewhere: 2013s and 2014s from some dealerships up the road with their asking price being around 13k-16k... I thought I would make it clear to my dealer that I wanted something nice, something durable, something price friendly as well (don't we all?). He ended up showing me two different vehicles, both Hondas, both around 13k-15k. Only difference was that one was a 2005 "luxury model" Accord and the other a 2006 Civic. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that after three hours working with them, THINKING that I was getting a good deal, did I find out that my purchase was probably one of the best transactions that my dealer and financier had done all month. After the 't's were crossed and the 'i's were dotted on the 2006 Civic.. I had a very very uneasy feeling about what I had just done. The salesman kept reassuring that with being a Honda, the price was more than reasonable. Now, I am able to look back at my car and know I paid over 4.5k higher than the "best resale price" listed for the same model (NOT including the interest that comes with a car loan). Knowing I got screwed out of THOUSANDS of dollars as a college student, not only erks me, but makes me lose faith in people. After the purchase was made, a few weeks later I had talked about it with a customer at my job who had been a long time car salesman himself. He had no financial gain from his honest assessment, which was that I "helped that dealer with his house payment for the next few months"... After talking with him, I was only more aggravated in myself for not walking away when I was going to during the sales process. I realize that the responsibility falls on me to make the right choices when it comes to purchasing a car. I guess I live in a world where I believe honesty and directness have value. I wish it was the same for these people. I understand these guys are car salesmen, don't get me wrong (I work in sales myself and understand how some people can be), but I never thought that I would pay almost double what I could find in the EXACT same car at CarMax (with similar mileage). These people have no integrity, no pride in customer service. I will not recommend them to anyone looking for a fair deal. Oh, and to top it off, the car came with "20% oil" in the car; and was 4 months away from registration expiring in which I now had to pay an extra $150+ to get THAT figured out with the DMV...

***May 6th, 2015*** Sara, It truly concerns me to be reading this review. After reading it, I decided to go back and pull your deal for the 2006 Civic that you purchased to review what transpired and make sure that you didn't get ripped off. We here at Town & Country Honda truly believe that honesty, integrity and customer service are the most important values that we have built our foundation on. I will have one of my managers reach out to you and go back over your deal and show you why it was a great deal, and that you didn't pay more than fair market value. If you still don't feel comfortable after going over the figures, we can buy the vehicle back from you if you truly feel that you were taken advantage of. As the general manager of this dealership I make sure that when we make a deal with a customer, it is fair deal on a safe reliable vehicle. We do a thorough inspection on every pre-owned vehicle we sell to make sure it meets our demanding standards of quality, safety and reliability. As far as the oil goes, our records indicate that an oil change was done just 2 weeks prior to you purchasing the vehicle. If you say it was at 20% we will gladly give you an oil change for the mix up. On the license plates only having 4 month left, DMV would not let us renew them for you unless they were due to expire within 90 days. You may recall us sending you a check for $148 to cover the cost of renewing your plates as we were not allowed to do it for you. Most importantly Sara, we never want a customer to feel like they were taken advantage of because we are not in the business of taking advantage of people. If you still don't feel comfortable after reviewing the deal with us, then we can work out a buy back from you so that you can purchase a different vehicle from wherever you feel comfortable doing so. I will have someone get in touch with you by the end of the day. **May 7th, 2015** Hello Sara, we have tried calling you a few times but have not been able to get in touch with you. You have the contact number of one of the managers at the store Derek. Please call him if you would like to get this resolved. Thank you.

We bought a car there today and were pleased beyond words. Our sales man Doug wasn't talking at us like most sales man do, he was just a normal person trying to help us. We had fun through the whole process. Our credit isn't fabulous, but they figured out a way to keep payments low so we could purchase our "bucket list" car!!! Thank you TC Honda!!!

My Ninth (9th) Honda! BRIAN PURCELL was truly the most patient and understanding salesperson. Zero Pressure & expert financial knowledge!!!! No words~ but expert service and full acknowledgement of auto needs! Just ask for him and you & family will be in the best of care and of choice, in your next Honda (or 1st!) purchase vs lease. He more than amazingly did not pressure or misguide me. That is an amazing testimonial in auto sales. Can Not Recommend his knowledge enough! I hope he is still @ Town & Country when my teenager is of driving age!!!! The financial manager was so fully open concerning all costs incurred & very personable!

Bought a used car from this dealership less than 1 year ago and recently had the transmission go out. The car only had 102k miles on it when purchased, and of course we did not buy any extended warranties on this vehicle. Within the first week the car started having electrical problems (door locks not working, dome light switch faulty, sunroof got stuck open and wouldn't close, power seats went out). It was too late to return the vehicle. We received an email from the sales guy that week asking how the car was working out. We replied, told him of the issues it was having and received no reply. these guys will do ANYTHING to make a sale, including selling you a car that has MAJOR issues. Had I known my transmission would go out only 8 months after purchase and cost me a whopping 4300 bucks i would have ran away from this place.

Katie we are sorry to hear about your transmission in your car. We do a very thorough inspection on every pre owned vehicle that we sell but sometimes there are underlying concerns that can't be predicted, especially electrical concerns. Please feel free to contact our service manager Pete Surby at the dealership if there are any further concerns. 503-722-5000
