Fun portrait session on the Seattle waterfront and near the Seattle Great Wheel. Just so happened to be testing out a new lens on this shoot, the Nikon 58mm 1.4G!

Love love love shooting these intimate in-home sessions. What a great way to offer a peek into your personal lives and what makes your bond strong.

We shot this set in Kim + James loft in Downtown Tacoma, WA. They have a gorgeous view and their loft is filled character.

An in-home session would a great addition to an engagement session too!

There's no shortage of old buildings with character in Tacoma. Kelsey and I took advantage of that for our sexy fashion portrait shoot. Can't get over the awesome light we had that day!

Travel down to Yosemite to take engagement photos of two lovers from Germany? Don't have to ask me twice.

A short trip into the Cascades complete with roaring waterfalls, still ponds and snowcapped mountains kissed with sunlight. Sounds like a pretty good place for an engagement session if you ask me.

Take a look at how Lauren + Zack beat the cold by staying nice and cuddly and of course having fun together!

Forever young at heart, Kali and Shawn made the drive all the way out to the Coast and the Hoh Rainforest for their engagement photo session in the gorgeous Olympic National Park.

The skies were thick with haze from the wildfires this summer but they lent a warm/pink hue to the sun setting on the Pacific ocean.
