Some victims of domestic violence in foreign countries are so desperate to escape the abuse, they leave in the middle of the night and seek asylum in the United States. Can the abusive parent come to the United States and demand his child be returned to his home country? Merry Christmas! To any who may be tempted to take that fresh pine scent from your Christmas tree and hang it from your rear-view mirror, beware. In Virginia, it's illegal and could get you stopped by the police.

As we celebrate Veterans Day hopefully we can remember to really support those that come home. The Fairfax County Veterans Treatment Docket is one of the ways we can do just that.
