I have been visiting this site since some time now and have observed that ‪#‎TataValueHomes‬ removed/ hid REVIEWS section on this FACEBOOK/ TATA VALUE HOMES page after customers wrote their real experiences like ‪#‎FleecingCustomers‬ by increasing Saleable Super Area ‪#‎Unethical‬ to increase apartment cost by an amount of Rs. 5-8 Lacs. One customer complained of late and wrongful demand of Rs. 2.5 Lacs, another complained of poor quality and so on. Understand that the reviews were truthful, Tata Value Homes is no different from other Realty Developers and they had only option to remove/ hide the REVIEW Section. A TATA Group Company is trying to survive by only using marketing gimmicks such as ‪#‎1Nation1Price‬ and think Customers are fools to buy their properties!

#TataValueHomes increased Saleable Super Area for #NewHaven #AffordableHousing Project, Bahadurgarh, Haryana, India arbitrarily to gross extra money from #RealEstate home-buyers. While so many other small developers cheat in that way, TATAs boast through their TATA CODE OF CONDUCT Guidelines that they are not #Unethical & #Dishonest to their Customers and justify their "Higher than competitor rates" on that account. I request people to like and comment this petition to gather a momentum which forces TATA VALUE HOMES to reduce the Sale Area as per "Genuine Architect Calculations" for current as well as prospective home-buyers. I confirm that the above information is correct to the best of my knowledge. This request was first posted on Facebook/Tata Value Homes/Reviews, providing an opportunity for them to correct but they removed/ hid the #Review page itself and banking on marketing gimmick of #1Nation1Price and #Uber2TataValueHomes etc instead, superb ideas to fool customers. This Change.org petition will benefit millions of home-buyers in India by educating them, which would subsequently pressurize other Developers also to follow suit. Since TATA VALUE HOMES targets middle class, a saving of Rs. 5-8 Lacs per apartment would mean a lot for the home-buyers! For more information, I may be contacted on wblow05@gmaildotcom. Introduction

Tata Value Homes Limited, (formerly known as ‘Smart Value Homes Limited’) was incorporated on September 8, 2009 as a private company under the Companies Act, 1956, and subsequently converted into a public company on July 23, 2010.
