Today's post talks about the ultimate authority marketing tool...writing a non-fiction book!

For the very first time, we show a little bit of what we are doing to market our own books. Not any advice yet, just some cool behind the scenes peeks at what we are trying!!!

7 Real estate marketing todos all realtors should be doing!

http://thrivecontactsystem.com/7-real-estate-marketing-todos/

Real estate marketing is full of “could dos” and “should dos”. In fact there are a BUNCH of different things that you could do, but which will work best for your business (or market)?

We work with LOTS of agents and have a good idea of what will work for different situations. With that in mind, here are our top ten real estate marketing ideas (in no particular order).

We are not going to include the lame-o Facebook propaganda that you hear from every other marketing “expert”. Instead we are going to give you real actionable items that you can use to grow a real marketing empire.

The M&M Monsters will be rocking the house (or at least your monitor) with this AWESOME webinar about “Increasing Local Brand Awareness” that we are doing with the YP.com (Yellow Pages) gang!

Join us for a “no fluff, all stuff” webinar that will cover many aspects of local marketing including:
What is brand?
How are local companies different from big brands?
Face to face marketing
Why little biz is truly an American favorite
How connect with local customers
Making sure your brand remains consistent
Social media options
Integrating Google local and Biz Pages
Utilizing review sites
Q&A

We have worked with hundreds of local businesses, helping them to increase their exposure and make a real difference in their bottom lines. Our clientele is full of small business owners and entrepreneurs who are just looking for a way to utilize all of the tools and options that are available in the ever-increasing marketing landscape.

What this marketing webinar will NOT be
This webinar will not be a pitch-fest or just a come on to get you to “buy our stuff”. We have wasted our time on too many of these ourselves to do that to anyone else! Because we are partnering with YP.com, this will be pure content and you will get some new ideas that you can implement immediately.

Additionally, we are pretty budget focused gals ourselves and many of the ideas suggested will either be free or very low cost marketing solutions.

Register for the free marketing webinar today!

We rarely speak publicly about this topic and will be promoting it heavily. If you are interested in attending we suggest that you sign up early to get a good seat! It also appears that there will be a recording if you cannot attend live.

Retail store marketing has changed A LOT in the past few years. There are some really neat new ways to market your business that you might not have thought of yet!

http://mandmmonsters.com/5-ways-retail-stores-can-use-social-media-and-email-to-increase-sales/

If you listen to “them” there are thousands of ways retail stores can use social media and email to increase sales, but what actually works and how can social mean actual customers in the door?
Before we get to the “meat”, we have to start with who you are trying to attract. The customers for retails stores can vary as much as the general population and if you don’t know who you are marketing to, you can spin your wheels for a very long time without results.

The entire process with Dr. Fix It was great. From the first call everyone was super friendly and helpful. Drilon (our technician) was polite and really knew his stuff, going above and beyond to try and fix everything without overcharging or doing a hard upsell to a million other things. We will be using them again.
