Taquería is a cafe specialising in Mexican tacos with traditional fillings on our own soft corn tortillas in London.
We make a mean, hand-shaken margarita and pour a variety of 100% blue agave tequilas, mezcales and Mexican beers.

Located at 139-143 Westbourne Grove, a 10 minute walk from Notting Hill station, Taqueria is open 7 days a week, serving brunch and lunch time specials such as chilaquiles and huevos rancheros to ceviches, sopas and of course an innumerable tacos.

This place is always busy and rightly so! The food is absolutely delicious. The flavours are intense and leave you satisfied and feeling as if you have had an excellent meal. Every time I come here I order something new and have never been disappointed. The spinach is garlic heaven and the guacamole here is the tastiest I have ever had in the UK. The drinks are strong but with intense flavour, the passion fruit martini in particular is delicious. There's no one thing I can recommend here and so I suggest coming Monday - Thursday between 4 & 6 so you can work through the menu at half price.

Tasty food. Slightly overpriced compared to Wahaca, but the flavours are there. Fantastic staff with the right amount of attentiveness. The interior would benefit from a sprucing. Would go again if in the area looking for a simple meal out.

Lovely food, strong drinks, used to love this place. Something seems to have changed about management though as service has gotten slow. The last time we went there, they gave our reservation away to another group of people, so we walked out. If you have the patience to wait in line (as you cannot book over the weekend), enjoy the choriqueso, caldo talpeno, vampiro and botana, and top it all off with the churros or the vanilla pudding. Excellent stuff.

Very cheesy food and strong drinks - so, if you like cheese or drinks, you will absolutely love this place. Otherwise, it's OK-ish. There are plenty vegetarian options to choose from. The desserts are very tasty though - don't forget to get dishes with the plantain.

Less fancy than most of Notting Hill's brunch joins, but you don't have to queue for 30 mins to get in, which is a plus in my book. Confusing decor, half bright white tables and half vintage Mexican posters, makes the place seem shambolic; and too-close tables paired with a very open kitchen don't help. Excellent guacamole, though, and my friend's chorizo quesadilla was highly praised. Unfortunately, my brunch dish of tostada, beans, plaintain, bacon and egg was unusual but not tasty with it. Fine for a cheap lunch or brunch but I probably wouldn't head there for dinner.

Was pleasantly surprised by this place. Fantastic authentic Mexican food, a little in the vein of Wahaca. Suggest ordering more than one taco dish each. Just a little too light for a main meal. Will definitely return
