Self care is an important part of well-being.

Y'day I went for a massage as I was feeling stress building up in my body. The kinks & knots were showing up in my neck/ arms. So I knew it was time for some maintenance work! ;)

And when I came back I napped!

My body needed the rest, and I took the time for it.

This is something I am doing more of these days. Coz the old me would have ignored the signs and would have plowed through my work and ended up feeling frustrated and exhausted.

I would have felt crappy, reached out for crappy food to make me feel better. But I caught myself in time :)
