As many of you know, MarketMeSuite had the privilege of spending ome time at Constant Contact HQ as the inaugural company of SMBinnoloft, a space Constant Contact is building and dedicated to technology companies doing great things for small businesses. It was an amazing experience, and perhaps one of the best parts was meeting incredible people and sharing perspectives.  One such person is Dave Wachtendonk, whose company, Mob Manager, was acquir...

Dr Salibian is really nice, and fast! He did 5 fillings in an hour, and since we all know how unpleasant fillings can be, I was very grateful. I'm glad I found him.

I really didn't want to have to write this, but I gave Howards of Gorleston every chance to make things right and they did not. First I'll start with the good - they handled an international move with ease, and I was impressed with how they were able to get me into a property with me being out of the country. My time in the place was ok, there were a few things that needed fixing that were apparent in the 6 month check which were not dealt with, but that could have been the landlord dragging his heels. I didn't blame them for that. But, when it came time to move out, I handed in my keys, and I was given a mountain of phone bills from the landlord via howards. I lived in a furnished house and spent the entire year basically living in a shrine to my former landlord, making sure to take care of all of his stuff, including the hooked up phone he left. I even had to field calls looking for my landlord all year, but I thought, "Ok, he must just want to keep his number active." I looked at the bills, and it was for the phone, his email and mobile all combined, and Howards said the landlord wanted me to pay half, "since I did use the phone from time to time." I explained that this was not acceptable, and that if i were to be billed it needed to be in my lease or billed at each month (at which point i would have demanded he disconnect it). Now, it's not entirely Howard's fault - the landlord is very unreasonable. But, they had absolutely no right to withhold over £150 pounds for something that was not covered as something I needed to pay in my lease. I paid my rent every month, and to be hit with a huge bill at the end, when I did nothing wrong was absurd. I am now in the process of going through TDS to get it back, but I am very disappointed in Howards lack of standing up for the tenant. I gave them a chance to fix it. I said I'd write this honest review. But here I am battling it out with TDS... Update: I recieved my money from TDS, which just goes to show, they shouldn't have bothered in the first place putting me through all if it. Shame.
