"As a whole, we’re eating better—more whole grains, fruits, nuts, and yogurt, and less refined starches and sugar-sweetened beverages. But affluent, educated, white Americans have made more of these changes than the rest of the country."
A recent study found positive changes in what Americans eat, but less so in poor and minority communities compared with affluent white ones.

If MOST people had to actually pay for their food and health care they would not eat the crap they do. In addition they would feel better about their lives and improve their diet so they could do more things expressing their satisfaction.

Sadly this is NOT the agenda the current Government wants. Democrats want more docile, lethargic, stupid people who tend to vote for more crap food handouts in an attempt to make themselves feel better from being such Losers. Encouraging personal responsibility is hardly the objective.

Responsible human beings do not need to ponder what WE can do, they simply do the obvious.

Tropical jackfruit can be a dessert, a flour, or a pork substitute depending on what part of the plant is used and how it is prepared.
