Dear Liz, Thank you for posting your comments. We take all of them to heart, both good and bad. We are very sorry for the wait and as you know, we normally get patients back relatively quickly. We can't find your name or a family member in our system, so its hard for us to access the situation properly, so we would love for you to contact our office and ask for the doctor so you can speak to him directly. There may be a couple of culprits that lead to your experience. Late March we had that massive snow storm and had to reschedule a whole days’ worth of patients and try to get them in relatively quickly, this overloaded our schedule, but we tried our best to get patients in and back on track after that storm. Secondly... we are growing!! Growth is great because it shows that overall we are doing something right, but at the same time it also means there are growing pains. There have been some changes in faces of the assistants, but there are also new faces! Because we are growing we have needed to add new staff recently. With every team member there is a period of training. We are also continually modifying our schedule to accommodate patients the best we can. Please call our office so we can talk more about it.
