HELP!!  We want to STUFF THE SUBARU with food for the Key Peninsula Community Center Food bank, and we need your help.

Excellent service! Diagnosed the problem quickly. Promptly contacted me when parts arrived and scheduled appointment. Shuttled me to and from my house while my car was in the shop. Everytime i visit the service people are always extremely polite and make me feel appreciated as a customer. Love love LOVE this place

I bought my first Subaru there back in 2004. It was my first time purchasing a car through a dealer. My credit wasn't the best but it wasn't horrible. I didn't make a whole lot of money at the job I was working at the time at a near by Toyota dealership. Knowing a little on how car sales work I took myself to your establishment. I saw what I wanted and inquired about it. The salesman and the financing staff recognized my needs and helped out tremendously. Here I was , A 23 year old young man at the time and saw 2 cars I was interested in. A used 2002 Outback Sport that still had some warranty and a used 2002 WRX. Now the salesman could have sold me the WRX but he advised me that although it is a fun car that I would pay more insurance and repair costs could be higher shall anything happen to it. "Wow..." I was quite shocked he didn't sway me to the WRX. Now knowing exponentially more about certain Subaru quirks, Im glad I didn't buy it at the time. Next in line was that Outback Sport. Nice car Smelled of smoke but I know it wasn't going to stay in there forever. The price was knocked down $2000 of sticker. Did NOT take advantage of my obvious vulnerability. Since then I purchased a 2006 Impreza sport wagon from a small Subaru shop/dealer and loved it! Now its time for me to get a brand new car for myself from you guys. Im looking to buy a 2016 base WRX next week. I've researched the car extensively and browsed other dealers inventory, price and reviews. Coupled with my first experience at your place I am happy to be dealing with you guys very soon and hope that the same Candor and Integrity still remains.

Took my Forrester in for 30,000 check up. It was done with dispatch, and Daryl went over the findings with me. I have always received excellent service from this department, and when Cynthia is not recovering from her broken leg, the dog gets a treat as well. Plus the transportation to and from home is deeply appreciated. Great service from everyone, all the time.

Very good experience- I was prepared for a high bill thinking my 245K mile Forester was with a failing transmission from the noises I'd been hearing. I'd seen leaks underneath at engine/transmission surface and thought it was gear oil- no drips seen until getting underneath and noticing since they burned up on exhaust before making it to the pavement otherwise. However, it was the chronic head gasket problem producing the leak which I thought had been solved at 120K mile servicing with new gaskets. Cory went over my service records (I brought them with me) and decided most probably the gaskets were old design (was done in '08) and so if and when a servicing for other reasons opens up possibility to economically correct this problem I'll consider it. In the end want to compliment Cory and Daryl for working together to give accurate information to make decisions by. Turned out the noise I had was an AC idler pulley that had gone bad. Oh happy day. Less than $200 when expected up to 10Xs this amount. Have some left over Subaru bucks (remember those?) and so paid with minimal out of pocket expense. Wish Subaru would find a cc vendor that would bring back those days (Chase discontinued the card benefit offering.)
