Went in to get some information on wedding packages, the lady at the desk acted like I was wasting her time. There was no other customers at the counters, and it she made it seem like was busy. She pointed to another desk and said that there could be pamphlets there, but there was nothing at the desk she pointed to. So she kind of made a snobby face and gave me a folder with "information", which just so you know, had NOTHING TO DO WITH WEDDING PRICES or anything along those lines. Not going back, that's for sure. What a waste of time. Such a beautiful place but that one employee ruined it for me.

We have eaten here three times. The food is 4-star. It's consistently good, but not over-the-top amazing. The service, however, is. (We had reservations at another place nearby and the ignored us for 15 minutes after seating us. That's addressed in their 1-star review.) Our server tonight, Ben, was prompt! he took our order immediately and rushed to get us food. He went above and beyond. He was friendly without being intrusive and just made the whole meal a delight. It really made up for our other terrible experience.

We were supposed to spend two nights at this hotel this past weekend. On the second day we left the room at 9am. When we returned at 2pm the room had not been cleaned. We left again and returned at 5:30pm. The room has still not cleaned. When we called down to reception they told us they did not have anyone to clean the room but 5 minutes later the cleaning staff showed up. They did not greet us and in a very sarcastic tone said: "we believe you want service now." I explained that we had the "please make up the room" sign on the door the whole day. Instead of apologizing they argued that it was out fault that the room had not been cleaned! I asked if they were "having and attitude" and then we left. But when my husband returned just a few minutes later he noticed that my toothbrush (that I had not used since early that morning) was soaking wet!!!!!! Now how do you think that might have happened? We packed our bags and checked out immediately. Not once did any staff member (including the GM whom we spoke after returning home) apologize or accept responsibility. The staff at this hotel have a lot to learn about the meaning of hospitality.

For many years i have stayed at this hotel when traveling to and from the airport from my home on the Western Slope of CO. It is great to walk around the historic downtown, or the School of Mines campus. The restaurant is great too, and i like the whole informal mountain feel of the place. It provides the chance to stay at a non-branded property, which is why i often choose this boutique hotel. Not too far off of I-70, so convenient as well.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night during 4th of July. This hotel was really cool that I wanted to stay here for a week, but we had to go to other places and it was expensive. The cool thing is that it is an adobe style building.

I travel more than most for my company. I found the Inn to be exceptionally clean and enjoyable. The Staff were caring, courteous, and knowledgeable. The bar reminded me of Cheers, with a good mixture of guests and friendly locals. Although in center of town secure covered off street parking was always available. This will be my "go to" place when I am in the Denver area. Kind of a home away from home.

This was a trip that was expected to be a 2 day get away for my wife and myself. After a beautiful evening at red rocks we returned to our room. We were supposed to have a balcony room that over looked table mountain. Instead we were in a room overlooking an ally and a church parking lot. (Not a huge deal) . The next morning we got up and went out for coffee and to enjoy the local Buffalo Bill festival that was going on. We returned to our room around noon to relax. Our room was not cleaned yet. (Also not a big deal). We then went back out to return to our room at 5:00 pm still not cleaned and no fresh towels in the bathroom. After calling the front desk we were told that nobody was available to clean the room. We requested it to be cleaned again. To our surprise two ladies from the cleaning staff showed up in uniforms and in less than five minutes. They entered the room and instantly made snotty comments to my wife. She then asked "why am I getting this attifude". We then left the room to go enjoy the evening (big mistake). I forgot my sandals and walked back up to the room. As I walked up to the door I could hear the two members of the staff complaining about my wife. I came in the room after standing outside listening for a few minutes. I explained I grabbed the wrong shoes. I tried to be nice and apologized for us complaining and wanting it to be cleaned. They were pleasant and left the room. I then walked into the bathroom where one of the ladies were when I entered. I immediately noticed that the bristles on my wife's TOOTHBRUSH were wet!!! I KNOW WHERE MY MIND WENT!!! WHERE IS YOURS??? I immediately texted my wife asking if she brushed her teeth before leaving the room. She explained NO! I then went to the front desk to confront them about why my pregnant wife's tooth brush was wet?!?!?! They denied anything and asked what I was insinuating . We then asked them to charge us for the previous night and we checked out immediately. This ruined our nice 2 Day stay and ruined our weekend. I am not sure what happed to the tooth brush or how it got wet. In fact I shudder to think about what really did happen. I am just glad that I noticed it and that my unsuspecting pregnant wife did not use it the following morning . I Do NOT reccomend this place to anyone !

Very nice clean room. Room service was speedy and the food was very good. Staff accommodating. Would have given it 5stars but... the parking! We ended up having to park a good distance in a bank lot. With 4 small children in tow it was a problem. Yes I would stay again but would always wonder about the ability to park the vehicle.
