+Scott Yadach Your 100% wrong. I give you a current example. The walls around are bases I Iraq, Afghanistan, keep terrorist out. Another example on the reverse side are prisons, jails, mental institutions keep the criminals away from the rest of the population. Point made and no logical response can be given, have a good day.
