MOVEMENT MONDAY!

Our focus is always technique first and foremost above time, rounds, and reps. If we can't perform good form then we continue working on it with light or no weight until we are proficient to progress. TESTIFY THURSDAY!
Meet Alyssa... she's 17 and has been coming to Synergy Kettlebell for a while. She was bullied because of her weight and even teachers at her school would tell her that she's fat. Her gym teacher, even up until recently, would remind her about that. Can you believe that?! But Alyssa pressed on and dropped 14 inches in her waist alone and has a whole new outlook on life. This fall she'll be going to the Art Institute in Chicago to study sound technology. She has faithfully come to Synergy several days a week and has worked very hard to get where she's at. Amazing job Alyssa!!!
