Are you lacking overhead shoulder mobility? Check out this video for some stretches to help improve your shoulder mobility

Overhead mobility is a complex movement that requires synergist movement of both the scapula and the humerus. There are 17 muscles that attach to the scapula and contribute to moving the arm over head. If any of these muscles are tight, they will alter overhead shoulder mechanics. Give these banded stretches a try if you think your shoulders are tight!
