I have ordered Mobile on 10/03/14 and it has not shipped yet(30/314).. why do make false promises like it will be delivered by tomorrow day after tomorrow.When I asked you to refund you were saying it may take 21 days.. I have already waited for the 20 days for the shipment and again I have to stay for 3 weeks to get my money back.. Totally my Mobile has been delayed by 2 months which I promised my brother to gift him on birthday... When I asked for compensation you are saying you will not get more than 150 rs.. do what ever you wanna do... you virtually threatened me(Zigar manager @call centere).. Order no:12773593... and I don't have time to roam around the courts.....
But my legal adviser and uncle says to lodge a Complaint at Consumer Disputes Residual Court but I don't have time to roam around the courts.....
Do we have any Personal revenge, thats the why are you delaying my shipment.. hmmm!

Don't say the silly reasons "we are unable to procure the Stock from vendor".
I have ordered through you not through the vendor.. How come your competitors are procuring the stock and you are not...and when you know the stock is going delayed why are giving Home page/Landing page advertisements..
I Need compensation for this, for wasting my time, My commitment to my brother, Making false commitments and false promises, Misbehaving while I called you on 03/29/14 9:30, What ever calls I have made to you.. etc....
Else I will not even look back to fight with the Consumer Disputes Residual Court under Section 12(a) of the Consumer Protection Act and Education my Online Shopping friends about the Experience and Saving them from you....
