Excellent dealership! Jeremy really worked to get me a nice car within my price range. I will recommend all my friends and family to go see Jeremy! Also want to thank Ryan for getting me the best possible rates, though my credit was not so great. Everyone was very friendly and no one rushed me or pressured me into getting something I can't afford. These guys will really work to get the best affordable car to meet your financial needs. THANKS AGAIN JEREMY! FYI-Loving my new KIA Forte!

This is one of the best experiences ive had at a dealership. Jermey sold me a 2010 journey and i love it. I called before i came for a test drive an even over the phone i had a great feeling. Jermey was nice , and offered the most relaxing comfortable experience and explained every step of the way. I had to wait a while fir the car to get cleaned up, but it was worth it. The car was spotless and i not for one second felt neglected or for got about. Even after buying the car Jeremy helped me with an issues i was having with a horrific dealership i was had been dealing with. I would recommend an friend family member and stranger to go there to buy a car. I have nothing but great things to say about all the guys there.

Me and my wife went there looking for a decent car and walked away with the best car we have ever owned thus far- the Kia Soul. Great staff at the dealership and made the whole experience pleasant and painless compared to other car shopping ventures. Cam farmer was the person we worked with and I highly recommend him! We look at other dealerships but more often we end up buying here due to good pricing and excellent customer service- Cam exemplified that while working with us.

I will never buy another vehicle from this store! I bought my car about 9 months ago, spent $30,000 dollars. They said I would receive my second key in the mail. It never came. I called many times but you have to talk to your sales person, nobody else wants to help you. I live about an hour away and work full time. I finally came to florence to get my oil change and decided to see if my sales lady Noel was in. I saw her and started a conversation. I asked her if there was any way to check on my second key. She said oh sorry but you had to buy a certified pre owned to get a second key. I said I bought a 2015 with 300 miles, is that not certified? She said oh yes sorry you are right, oh I hope it wasn't me who dropped the ball I'm so sorry. I said it was fine just wants to get my key. She said yes no problem. We walked back to the sales part where she went and talked to her manager. She came back to me told me to have a seat. She then asked well who told you that you get a second key. I said I don't know why wouldn't I? She then said well my manager wants to know why you waited so long. I explained how I called many times but she was never there for me to ask. She said oh well you needed to request a key within 30 days. I said excuse me I spent 30 grand here and you can't get me a second key. I said whatever I'll never buy another car here and I'll be telling all my friends and family. As I walked out she tried telling me she would get me a second key. I said no thanks Noel. Just forget it. They care about you till you sign the papers then they don't give a crap about you. Thanks but no thanks Kia!

The whole team at this dealership is simply amazing! My fiance and I are first time buyers and we both have credit scores in the 500's. The car we had was old and while it had served it's purpose we knew it was on it's last leg. We are both working hard but with the cost of living it was looking like we were going to be struggling with transportation to and from work. We went to Jake Sweeney with no cash to put down and no real hope that they would be able to help us, but like I said the whole team from Danny to Shane and everyone in between worked magic and We drove off with a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. I will never deal with anyone else and I can not wait to go back in 18 months and get a brand new car!

Dante was an excellent sales person. My daughter and I were "window shopping" and she spotted a Kia Optima she liked the look of. He was helpful in telling us about the car, let her drive it around the lot and we thanked him and left as this was our first stop of the day. After going trough 4-5 other lots she decided she wanted to give serious consideration to the Optima and ended up purchasing a 2013. Dante wasn't pushy, was very knowledgeable and really nice to work with.

I was so excited to go to Florence to check out the vehicle I saw online. Unfortunately I have had such a terrible experience that I am no longer willing to work with this company. The salesperson, Will H, has contacted me multiple times and been very unprofessional. I originally sent an inquiry last Wednesday or Thursday and received a follow-up call and email right away - this is the good part. We discussed that I couldn't come the first weekend and so I'd come the following weekend. A few days later I received a text asking was I planning to come the next day. Again I explained that I couldn't come until the next weekend. The next day I received another text asking when I was coming. Then I received an email saying I had an appointment the same day the email came in during the week. When I explained AGAIN that I never made an appointment because I could only come the upcoming weekend, he responded saying I wasn't handling my inquiry correctly! He actually said he called and emailed and I didn't respond and I could be making a fake inquiry. I asked to be removed from his email list and not contacted again. Then today I received ANOTHER email saying he would help me with my car. I don't know what kind of approach this is but you all should beware of the ethics, approach, and internal protocols. I've also filed a complaint with the BBB. No one should be spoken to or treated this way. Maybe it is this individual salesperson and not the entire company based on some other reviews, but they've lost a customer in me before I ever made it on the lot.
