Svastha Yoga is an urban oasis in central Auckland. We provide a range of yoga classes, focusing on mindful breath and movement principles that will strengthen and tone the body as well as bring calm to the mind.
This is a space where you can slow down, breathe and feel better!
We offer Yoga for Health and Fitness, Yoga for Pregnancy, Yoga Therapy, Yoga Workshops, Yoga Teacher Training.

Svastha Yoga on Galatos is a beautiful, inviting studio in a convenient location. The teachers are all very welcoming and take the time to attend to each student's individual requirements and goals. The yoga at Svastha has more structure than other yoga classes I've been to and the focus is on breath, strength and a gaining a sense of peace :)

Ready to start your yoga journey, or perhaps get back into it? We have introduced a second timeslot for our popular Yoga for Beginners courses. They are now held on Monday & Tuesday evenings.
The next course start dates are:
