Great place to live in. I lived in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Apartments are clean, no problems with bugs ever. Maintenance is responsive. Pretty normal, apartments are bunched together in fours so your neighbors are pretty close. This community has a lot of kids, so lots of children related noises.

This is a Japanese/Korean fusion restuarant. Run by Koreans from what I can gather. The sushis are great. Rice bowls are also great. Slush mixes are great. Flavor selection is average The fried ice cream isn't so much, it seems they've replaced tempura with some kind of pancake batter. Atmosphere is busy, sushi bar area/fountian drinks/condiment stand are all in the same room, kitchen is somewhat visible from the dining areas. Furniture is classy the set up is make shift. A middle scale hole in the wall kind of place. It's a good place to take someone on a casual date. Expect to pay $8-$15 dollars a meal.

This location is quite small which also means there selection is quite small. Basically a small thrift store for brand name clothing and accessories. Prices seem to be 30%-50% less then there new full price counter parts with few things at 60% or greater bargians. Service and help is average.

Food is okay, it is what you'd expect of a place called "Joe's" It's a white food place would be considered "traditional" a mash potatoes/gravy, green beans kind of place. The food in itself is mediocre, nothing special. Atmosphere borders dead to dull at the high point. The restuarant layout was meant for leisure eating but the atmosphere feels so dead that eating there was not enjoyable. Expect spending $10 a meal including the tip.

It's okay especially for their price. This is a buffet restuarant. The soups are usually good. This locations makes 3 kinds that change every other day or so. They regular offer pizza, garlic breadsticks/soup breads, crunchyshell tacos, baked potatoes & a variety of toppings/condiments. Of course they have a large salad bar, which is the first thing you encounter after you pay your way in. Impressions look good but they spray something on their greens that leave a bad taste in the mouth when you eat it. If you can avoid eating too much of it. A shame given the name of the place. Dessert options are vanilla or chocolate (or mixed) ice cream, that can be topped with several of your usual ice cream toppings. Conclusion: Go for the Soups, skip out on the salad. Atmosphere is average, they play radio music in the background making it noisy, that feels somewhat like a shopping mall. Expect to pay between $7-$9 a meal.

Lots of Ice Cream flavors to choose from, you can make any of them into a malt or shake. What's not to like :) It's a great place to go for Ice cream, burgers, shakes or malts. Slight crazy to normal atmosphere and i mean that in a walmartian sense. The fries are not good, edible but not good. Price expectancy for ice cream $3-$5 Expect to pay $5-$10 a meal No tips needed here.
