Putting the puzzle together of how to help our bones! 
Eating a balanced diet with enough protein seems to help, (especially with strength training). As always, more research is needed, but Dr. Heaney's suggested daily protein amounts are close to what the Nutrition Action Newsletter recently recommended. - Divide your body weight (in pounds) by half for how many grams of protein to eat a day. Example: 140 lb person would need 70 grams of protein. Read more....
