Introduction
Writer, Radio Producer, Civil Celebrant, Mythology Maven and WordPress Junkie.

Excessively fond of kitchen witchery and historical detectives. Also of chewy mints. I support these vices with my work as a Virtual Personal Assistant.

I enjoy the company of animals and grandchildren and most evenings you can catch me walking with some of them along the River Yarra. Bring along some Irish traditional music. Don't forget the mints.

I'd hoped to see a movie with some resemblance to history but no worries, there's lots of action and fabulous scenery. I can find history elsewhere

+Susanna Duffy Nobody will ever know what really happened back then, but the storyline of the movie is a believable option about the destiny of the ninth legion. For sure there are dramatic or even less realistic scenes, but otherwise the movie wouldn´t be entertaining and exciting and so nobody would try to dig deeper into the subject.

As the ultra-conservative Australian government, in a massive return to English days of yore,  moves to grant titles of nobility, I'm claiming mine now. I like Marchioness. What do you think?

I love my kitchen. A few years back,  mucking about with food was something I had to do no matter how I felt,  the children were always hungry and I churned out endless meals to the point where I couldn't bear to eat much myself.  Now it's a real pleasure to potter about trying new things and new ways of doing old things.

Pistachios are pretty new to me. I fell in love with them in Sicily and I want to cook with them. Here's my first dish with basil and pistachios
