Anyone know where I can reach a Gmail human or file a support ticket? This offered no help at all for my problem.

Congrats to Change Agent +Dennis Pearce for completing his Ph.D thesis on Working out Loud!  Now it's yours to enjoy.  Download here.
Enterprise social network software platforms (ESNs) are increasingly being deployed in firms across almost every industry as a means of fostering employee collaboration. Although benefits in increased productivity, innovation, and employee engagement are highly touted, there is a high failure rate of these deployments. This often occurs because (1) there is a misapplied focus on technology adoption rather than adoption of the employee behaviors t...

Kind of agree with Stowe here.  For the largest companies in the world, not a good replacement for existing ESNs, but for everyone else?  It's going to make a big difference.

Happy new year to you as well, Susan. I hope I will join change agents this year. It really depends on my company, which is going downhill fast.

Who do you know who works in the field of domestic violence?  I ask the question on LinkedIn whether my old network can help build my new network.  An experiment.
Over the course of my thirty-year professional history, I've completely changed fields a few times. In the era before we were so socially connected, this was fairly easy to do. You could essentially "reinvent" yourself in the new field. I once even created an entire new identity with my married surname.Today? Not so easy. We can get trapped in our personal brands.Over the summer, I decided to switch horses once again professionally and attempt to...

We chose Champlain because of its unique "upside down" curriculum, and its international reputation for excellence in Digital Forensics. We love the campus, the town of Burlington, and the small enrollment size. I've found the administrative staff incredibly helpful any time I've called about any issue. It's got a very comfortable private school vibe.

I've visited a number of dentists and oral surgeons in the Austin area, and have had mixed results (mostly negative). Dr. Hammons is the *only* dentist who made me feel completely at ease about a particularly unpleasant dental procedure I needed to have. I found the entire experience completely stress-free. The prices are very competitive, the staff is friendly, and Dr. Hammons is a knowledgeable pro who talks to you like a person, not a patient. Highly, highly recommend.

Not paid to write this, and I'm not related to the owner… I had an exceptional experience at this auto body shop. My car was side-swiped over the holidays and required fairly extensive body work. From start to finish, these guys were friendly, honest, and great to deal with. The work they did on the car was superb, and I was remarkably pleased at how well the experience went. They also have an Enterprise car rental desk on-site. I also had zero issues with the car rental experience. My insurance company, Geico, recommended this as one of their preferred suppliers. Altogether a shockingly stress-free experience. This is now my #1 go-to source for auto body repair (which, of course, I hope I'll never need again). Highly recommend.

Dr. Barnett and his team performed a small miracle with my teenage son. The process took a lot longer than I had anticipated, but they were very patient and made sure my son's orthodontic treatment was executed properly. No child likes the ordeal surrounding getting braces, but Dr. Barnett's team made the process as painless and convenient as possible. The before and after photos are amazing! The staff was very helpful and friendly. I especially enjoyed the office's use of electronic reminders, free wifi in the office, and the easy payment plan.
