At Supple we maintain fastidious records of each and every person our sales team reaches out to, ensuring we don’t double up on our outreach. We have no record of contacting anyone with your name once, let alone multiple times. It is also completely against our professional practice to contact someone 10 times.
As such, we have a very hard time believing that this review is genuine. This is not the first time we have received an (almost comically extreme) negative review, and time after time it has proven to be one of our competitors using dirty tactics to take us down.
Being a market leader in this industry has made us a target for less successful companies who think one or two slanderous reviews will knock us off course. But Supple will not be coerced into apologising for behavior that we do not engage in. Our sales department operates with an extreme level of professionalism, and this allegation is an affront to their work.
In future, we recommend focusing on your own business rather than trying to drag us down to your level.
