Practice begins slowly with mindful breath work (pranayama) to create tapas (heat) to warm the body from the inside out, aiding in preventing injury. A calming sequence of sitting postures, floor stretches, gentle twists, as well as standing & balancing poses will be explored. All classes end in guided deep relaxation and silent meditation. Open the heart, ground the body and focus the mind…

Relax and Recharge every Thursday morning at 10:30am.

Structural Alignment techniques to create the effortless pose
Learn foundational principals and proper structural alignment techniques to help create the effortless yoga pose. Beginner, Intermediate and advance postures will be reviewed. Teaching you the necessary tools to develop a solid foundation for practice and help to prevent injury. Breathing practices are incorporated to enhance awareness and ease of movement. A new sequence of postures are explored each week...begin at anytime. EVERY Saturday at 10:00am...Class ends at 11:15am
